Can you build on our lot?
Yes we have lots that you can choose from but we also build on your lot as well
Are you guys cost plus?
Yes we are, to learn the details of our pricing arrangement give us a ring to discuss your project.
How long does it take to build a house?
Building times vary based on the complexity of the home and the homeowner's decision making. But most of our projects are completed between 10 & 14 months.
Can we bring our own architect?
Yes you can definitely use your own architect.
What if I already have a set of plans?
We will need to review the plans to make sure they have all of the needed information to get through engineering and the city permitting process.
What is your price per square foot
We don't have a set price per square foot because it is really based on the finishings that you choose. We can usually provide a range but that range may adjust based on finishings.
